Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1742190 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Food and Supply Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish work schedules.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Supervise 1 to 2 people, and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of our food service team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate, and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
