Key Responsibilities- Food and Supply Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish work schedules.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for all patrons.
- Team Leadership: Supervise 1-2 people, with the potential to supervise 3-4 people in the future.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
