Key Responsibilities:
  • Food and Supply Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise 1 to 2 people, and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of our food service team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate, and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
