We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Pavilion Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that our kitchen and work areas are clean and safe for our staff and guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that our guests receive prompt and courteous service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
