Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Stardust Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and training staff in food preparation and handling.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers
- Estimate food requirements and manage inventory to minimize waste
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve our goals
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and handling
- Strong leadership and communication skills
