Executive Chef

Opa Sushi is seeking a skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and management, with the ability to supervise and instruct cooks in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food.
Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Supervise and train cooks in food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
- Ensure high-quality food products are prepared and presented to customers.
- Manage kitchen staff and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Equivalent experience in a related field.
