Clinical Leadership Position in Mental Health

Centre for Addiction and Mental Health is seeking a full-time, temporary Advanced Practice Clinical Leader for Clinical Care.
The ideal candidate will support point-of-care staff in implementing best practices in patient assessment, treatment, and care. This includes working with inpatient teams to develop models of care, leading group programming, and promoting documentation standards.
This role requires a Master's degree in Nursing and 5 years' experience in mental health and addiction treatment. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and teaching skills, as well as the ability to provide advanced clinical care in a diverse environment.
We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position provides opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as participation in academic and research activities.
