The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a Senior Clinical Innovation Lead to oversee the coordination and administration of its Nursing Innovation Program.
About UsCAMH is a leading mental health and addiction teaching hospital, fully affiliated with the University of Toronto. Our team provides oversight to clinical practice excellence and innovations in mental health, integrated care, and addictions for nurses and allied health professionals.
Salary and BenefitsThis full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary range ($**$90,000-$110,000 per annum**) and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership in developing and executing strategies that drive programming and coordination activities related to nursing graduate initiatives, clinical extern programs, IENs, and clinical scholars.
- In collaboration with clinical programs, P&E, and other relevant stakeholders, lead the NGG residency program, clinical extern, IEN, and Clinical Scholar's Program.
- Support the advancement of all Ministry-funded nursing initiatives.
- Facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration among supported programs, clinical programs, and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and coordination activities to nurse educators.
A bachelor's degree in nursing, registration in good standing with a regulated college, and 1-3 years of management experience are required. A master's degree in Nursing or Health Administration is preferred. Experience with mental health and addictions services, negotiation, relationship building, and strong computer skills are essential.
