As a Technical Implementation Specialist at Sidetrade, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of our innovative SaaS solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing client satisfaction and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure private cloud environments tailored to client specifications.
  • Establish connectivity with client systems to facilitate seamless integration.
  • Implement necessary mappings to convert business documents from their original format to the desired format, ensuring content validation.
  • Set up connections with Trading Partners for efficient document exchange.
  • Configure the flow of business documents, including orchestration and notifications.
  • Develop workflows as required to meet client needs.
  • Customize user interfaces to align with client preferences, including views and message displays.
  • Conduct thorough testing of all flows and features.
  • Deploy approved changes to the production environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in XML technologies, particularly XSLT and XQuery.
  • Experience with Java and Groovy scripting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to engage with clients.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols such as HTTP/S, FTP/S, SFTP, AS/2, and S/MIME.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Software Development.
