Hotel Operations Manager

At Recruit Without Borders, we are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Supervisor to join our team at Canalta Lodge. As a key member of the hotel leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the work of front office, housekeeping, food services, and maintenance staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain and enforce hotel protocols and procedures to ensure efficient coordination between departments.
- Conduct regular hotel inspections to ensure high service quality and compliance with standards.
- Resolve work-related issues and submit progress reports to management.
- Provide training and supervision to staff in duties, safety, and policies.
- Manage inventory and cost control, and oversee the operation and maintenance of systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Foster a professional attitude and promote teamwork across departments.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a customer-oriented position.
- Previous experience as a hotel General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Front Desk Manager is preferred.
- Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Management is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
