Hotel Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Recruit Without Borders is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and Manage Hotel Staff: You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the work of our front office, housekeeping, food services, and maintenance staff to ensure that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain Protocol and Procedures: You will be responsible for maintaining protocol and procedures to ensure smooth coordination between departments and to ensure that our hotel is running in accordance with our high standards.
- Conduct Daily Hotel Inspections: You will be responsible for conducting daily hotel inspections to ensure that our hotel is meeting our high standards and to identify any areas for improvement.
- Resolve Work-Related Issues: You will be responsible for resolving any work-related issues that may arise and for submitting progress reports to our management team.
- Ensure Employee Training and Supervision: You will be responsible for ensuring that our employees are properly trained and supervised in their duties, safety, and policies.
- Manage Hotel Operations: You will be responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of our hotel's systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Foster a Positive Work Environment: You will be responsible for maintaining a professional attitude and fostering a positive work environment across all departments.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least a year of experience in a customer-oriented position is required.
- Qualifications: Previous experience as a hotel General Manager, Assistant Manager, Front Desk Manager is preferred although not mandatory. A Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Management is also preferred although not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English.
