- Ensure effective management and supervision of all staff.
- Participate as a member of the management team to achieve project outcomes.
- Manage and support change in implementing Dixon Hall's housing agenda.
- Develop and implement partnerships with support agencies.
- Participate in Dixon Hall's Performance Development Program.
- Support staff training and professional development.
- Raise concerns about unethical behavior contrary to Agency policies.
- Carry out other management or service development activities as required.
- Post-secondary degree in social sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social services, preferably with individuals facing housing instability.
- Knowledge of social housing, homelessness services, and relevant legislation.
- Experience in staff management and development.
- Fluency in a second language is an asset.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong organizational and administrative ability, proficient in various computer applications.
- Experience with community resources and quality improvement.
- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of evaluation and research software.
- Must have up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations approved for use in Canada.
