About the Role:

At ONTARIO INC., we are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Post journal entries.
  • Prepare trial balance of books.
  • Reconcile accounts.

Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
