At Ont Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with experience in using accounting software and MS Excel. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Private sector experience
  • Accounting software skills
  • MS Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
