We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at Elby Professional Recruitment Inc. This role will be responsible for assisting the Controller in bookkeeping tasks, focusing on AP, AR, and Payroll. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping and general accounting experience, with a background working in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll and ensure accurate ageing reports
  • Coordinate with different departments for AP invoices and compile AP reporting for final approvals
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers, and communicate with consumers as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare journal entries as required

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Strong bookkeeping and general accounting skills
  • Background working in a manufacturing setting
