Administrative Liaison Specialist

Skillbook Inc. is seeking an experienced Liaison Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data assembly, report preparation, and correspondence.
- Office Coordination: Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Procedure Review: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and efficient.
- Task Management: Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
