About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Claims Liaison Specialist to join our team at pt Health.

Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity that involves coordinating medical legal requests, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Correspond with legal firms and stakeholders regarding legal proceedings and documentation requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule court appearances for internal assessors.
  • Process invoices for medical legal services.
  • Gather, prepare, and finalize file materials as requested by legal counsel.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Cordinate referrals, including scheduling and communicating with assessors and referral sources.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant post-secondary education.
  • 3 years' experience in client service or administration, preferably in a legal or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Knowledge of privacy legislation is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
