Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Liaison Specialist to join our team at Skillbook Inc. as a liaison officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, co-ordinate and plan for office services, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Requirements

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience. Fluent in English.

Work Terms

Permanent, 30 hours per week.
