We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, implementing company-directed promotions, and upholding merchandising and brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Implement company-directed promotions and programs, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Uphold merchandising and brand standards, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Replenish the sales floor as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized backroom, adhering to company standards.

**Requirements**

  • Availability to work required shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, depending on the department.
