Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Tiro Marketing. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve market share.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve performance.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in iOS and MS Outlook.
- Area of Specialization: Retail store.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, team player, dependable, and initiative.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: We support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition and offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
