About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Electrical Sales Network. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our wholesale establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to maximize sales and minimize losses.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to sales workers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, dependable, and ability to multitask.
