Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Electrical Sales Network. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and contributing to the growth and success of our wholesale establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales and Merchandising: Establish work schedules, assign sales workers to duties, and order merchandise to meet customer demands.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in sales or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Outlook.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
