Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at ELECTRICAL SALES NETWORK. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and contributing to the growth and success of our wholesale establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that sales representatives are meeting their targets.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that products are accurately stocked and easily accessible.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to sales representatives.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
