Talent Pool Associate Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Pool Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external activities, gathering information, and providing administrative support to teams and business units.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate internal and external activities within a clearly defined scope.
- Gather information and provide administrative and client support to teams and business units.
- Perform tasks by utilizing established procedures and processes.
- Maintain efficient and useful record management of business data.
- Work under the direction of your people manager, plan and organize your own time within set schedules and routines.
- Monitor the progress of tasks and activities and keep your people manager informed of progress.
- Provide administrative, technical, and process support to aid the diverse needs of the teams and business units.
- Gather information from a variety of sources and analyze data/information.
- Provide creative and innovative solutions to refine the processes and procedures that you lead and administer.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) to four (4) years of progressive and varied experience in program administration, communications, client services, or other related fields.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Attention to detail with strong editing skills.
