Talent Pool Associate Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Pool Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external activities, gathering information, and providing administrative support to teams and business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate internal and external activities within a clearly defined scope.
  • Gather information and provide administrative and client support to teams and business units.
  • Perform tasks by utilizing established procedures and processes.
  • Maintain efficient and useful record management of business data.
  • Work under the direction of your people manager, plan and organize your own time within set schedules and routines.
  • Monitor the progress of tasks and activities and keep your people manager informed of progress.
  • Provide administrative, technical, and process support to aid the diverse needs of the teams and business units.
  • Gather information from a variety of sources and analyze data/information.
  • Provide creative and innovative solutions to refine the processes and procedures that you lead and administer.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two (2) to four (4) years of progressive and varied experience in program administration, communications, client services, or other related fields.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong editing skills.
