Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of the HubSpoke team, you will play a critical role in representing our company as an ambassador of our corporate values through full cycle recruitment. Your primary focus will be on finding the right people for the right roles, ensuring consistent delivery for Government and Private Sector consulting roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Candidate Pool Development: Handle technical recruitment for a mix of Government RFPs, Supply Arrangement Taskings, and private sector opportunities. Build and maintain candidate pools that align with corporate objectives, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline.
- Full Cycle Recruitment: Deliver a comprehensive recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting pre-screening interviews, managing the interview process, and performing reference checks.
- Candidate Experience and Resource Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience by building and nurturing strong relationships and providing consistent communication. Maintain ongoing relationships with HubSpoke contractors to ensure consultants feel valued.
- Recruitment Materials and Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of recruitment materials, templates, and processes, while staying updated on recruitment trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure the accuracy of candidate records and adherence to appropriate processes within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support Corporate Strategies: Support additional corporate strategies as required, contributing to the organization's overall success.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical roles within the Federal Government.
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and conducting reference checks.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and contractors.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends, particularly in technical fields.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
