About the Role:

The Junior Account Manager for EightSix Network's Commercial and Channel Sales Team is responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial sales, customer acquisition, and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify sales opportunities with existing and new accounts, and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts, providing routine communication about EightSix Network's products, programs, and promotions.
  • Travel to various account locations to conduct face-to-face trainings and meetings, and develop business plans to drive unit and revenue growth.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends, competition, customer buying patterns, and sales and marketing techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
  • 1+ year of prior outside sales experience in IT hardware, software, or services.
  • Named account relationships and knowledge of the SMB market is an asset.
  • Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships across organizations and achieve sales targets.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly proficient with MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Technical proficiency in computer hardware and IT environments.
  • Proven ability to sell in complex, competitive, and dynamic situations.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
