About the Role

This full-time position is based in Saskatoon, SK, and offers a competitive salary of CAD 60,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support to our advisor team, including account maintenance, data entry, and document preparation;

• Managing timelines and key dates for accounts to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients;

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulatory requirements;

• Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner;

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes;
