About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Sales Representative to join our team at RELAY FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our software solutions to existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote our software solutions and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and solicit potential clients, assess their needs and resources, and recommend our software solutions to meet their business requirements.
  • Proposal and Presentation Development: Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our software solutions and deliver sales presentations to clients.
  • Account Management: Provide ongoing support to clients after sale, including troubleshooting and resolving product and service-related problems.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales specialists to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in presentation software, iOS, word processing software, electronic mail, spreadsheet, accounting software, database management, and MS Office.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve client issues and improve sales performance.
