Job Title: Software Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Sales Representative to join our team at Relay Financial Technologies Inc.

Job Summary:

The Software Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and use sales forecasting software to track sales performance
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce and provide ongoing support to clients
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve product and service-related problems
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Work Environment:

The Software Sales Representative will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.
