We're seeking a seasoned Executive Compensation Professional to join our team at Maple Leaf Foods Inc.

About the Role

As an Executive Compensation Professional, you will play a critical role in creating and implementing compelling executive compensation strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and administering programs that drive business results and align with our company's goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive compensation, with experience in developing and implementing pay-for-performance programs. You will work closely with our leadership team to design and administer compensation plans that recognize and reward high-performing executives.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate compensation data, analyzing market trends, and providing recommendations to support business decisions. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, a defined contribution pension plan, and a generous vacation policy.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive compensation, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compensation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with financial data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
