Job Description

This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in human resources, preferably in a managerial capacity. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing HR operational plans that support business unit goals, ensuring alignment with company policy and practices. You will work closely with Corporate HR and Senior Management to translate strategic and tactical business plans into actionable HR initiatives.

  • Coach and mentor leaders on effective managerial practices, legal considerations, and partner relations.
  • Continuously assess competitiveness of programs and practices against relevant companies, industries, and markets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Seven to ten years of experience in human resources, with three to five years in a managerial capacity.
  • Advanced understanding of best practices in recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, organizational development, employee relations, and policy preparation.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business, with a Master's degree preferred.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
