About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Health Services team. As a Speech Language Pathologist with CBI Home Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a retirement home setting, with flexibility to home care, serving communities such as Burlington, Halton, Hamilton & Mississauga.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based, innovative care to clients in their homes
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to achieve client goals
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities

Requirements

  • Ability to travel within community as part of the CBI Home Health Services team
