**What We Do**
We provide evidence-based services to children and adults ranging in abilities and diagnoses. Our services are offered in our clients’ homes and community, and in our beautiful state-of the-art Centre located in Hamilton.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide services to our clients in Centre in Hamilton as well as client homes located in Hamilton, Brantford, Halton, Niagara areas.
Conduct comprehensive assessments.
Develop, implement and supervise individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to support holistic care.
Educate clients and their families on strategies to improve communication skills at home, and our Centre.
Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and therapy sessions.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment approaches.
Stay current with advancements in the field through continuous professional development.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
**Skills and Knowledge**
Strong diagnostic skills to accurately identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
Proficiency in developing and executing effective treatment plans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and work effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds and ages.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based treatment methods in speech-language pathology.
Familiarity with relevant technology and software for therapy and documentation.
Sensitivity and empathy when working with clients and their families.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
**Education and Experience**
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
3 years of experience in clinical, educational, or healthcare setting (required)
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who have a wide range of speech and language disorders.
Proven track record of effective therapy and positive client outcomes.
Continuing education and training in the latest developments in speech-language pathology.
