**Speech Language Pathologist - part-time/casual - Hamilton and/or Niagara locations (**

Mountain Speech Language Services is located in the Hamilton and Niagara Regions. We offer comprehensive assessment and treatment for speech, language, literacy, fluency cognitive communication, language based learning and swallowing disorders and differences across all age groups.

We are in search of a neurodiversity-affirming, creative and fun speech language pathologist who is interested in afternoon and weekend hours on a casual/part-time basis for in-office/home client appointments in the Hamilton area. This would be a great opportunity for an SLP looking to supplement their current working hours.

**Qualifications**
- Master degree in Speech Language Pathology, and be in good standing with CASLPO
- Professional liability insurance
- A reliable vehicle and automobile insurance in Ontario

**Experience**
- Experience working with autistic individuals is an asset
- Experience working with preschool and school age children is an asset

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and treat children and/or adults with speech language, cognitive communication, literacy, learning needs and swallowing disorders and differences in the community or in-home
- Develop intervention plans that are meaningful and relevant to the client and their family.
- Manage your caseload and communicate with admin support for scheduling needs.
- Collaborate with community partners to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Hours of Operation 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm Saturdays**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $96.00-$108.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week

Additional pay:
