About the Role:

As a Speech Language Pathologist on our Home Health Services team, you will work in a retirement home setting, with opportunities to provide care in home settings as well. Our flexible caseloads allow for full-time or part-time work arrangements, and we offer provisional supervision for new graduates. This role includes a sign-on bonus and the opportunity to work autonomously, with a focus on providing person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide speech and language therapy services to clients in a retirement home setting, with opportunities to work in home settings as well.
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote client-centered care.
* Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality care and achieve outstanding client outcomes.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
