If you’re an enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who is eager to make a difference while achieving personal and professional growth, CBI Home Health has an exceptional opportunity for you to meet these goals. **The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) works in the retirement home setting, with flexibility to home care as part of the Home Health Services team serving communities such as Burlington, Halton, Hamilton & Mississauga. Caseloads are flexible to full-time and part-time. Provisional supervision is available for new graduates. This role includes a Sign On Bonus You will be paid at a visit rate and the number visits per week range from 5 to 25 or more per week. We will accommodate to your availability.**

**What you need to be successful**
- You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
- Your focus is to embrace person and family-centered care
- You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
- You value the role a therapist plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance
- You have the ability to travel within community as part of the CBI Home Health Services team
