About the Role:
The Overnight Steward plays a vital role in ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and service in our Food and Beverage outlets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities, and ensuring that all dishes, glassware, and silverware are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
- Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
- Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Maintain the silver polishing program
- Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
About You:
- Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Preferred qualifications include prior experience in stewarding or cleaning.
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is desirable.
- Demonstrates the ability to quickly and positively establish rapport with a positive outlook.
- Possesses excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours:
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Overnight Steward to be flexible in working overnights, weekends, and holidays.
