About the RoleThe Overnight Steward plays a vital role in supporting our Food and Beverage outlets by providing award-winning service through attention to detail and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This includes cleaning and sanitizing china, glass, and silver using a dish machine, maintaining the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, and utilizing and handling cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner.
Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Maintain the silver polishing program
- Sort, polish, and transport silver; designate damaged pieces for repair
- Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Preferred qualifications include prior experience in stewarding or cleaning
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is desirable
- Demonstrates the ability to quickly and positively establish rapport with a positive outlook
- Possesses excellent communication skills
- Must be available to work overnights
- Access to affordable shared staff accommodation

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Overnight Steward to be flexible in working overnights, weekends, and holidays.
