About the RoleThe Overnight Steward is a key member of our Food and Beverage team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our outlets. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silverware using a dish machine
- Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary, and food and beverage facilities
- Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Maintain the silver polishing program
- Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
- Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Preferred qualifications include prior experience in stewarding or cleaning
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is desirable
- Demonstrates the ability to quickly and positively establish rapport with a positive outlook
- Possesses excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in Canada

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Overnight Steward to be flexible in working overnights, weekends, and holidays.
