- Taking ownership of organic growth for a portfolio of accounts, delivering exceptional service and promoting cutting-edge solutions.
- Clear direction to internal teams, ensuring alignment on projects with defined action items and timelines.
- Identification of research insights and strategic models to advance business interests, presenting trends, growth opportunities, and innovative ideas proactively.
- Bold and confident communication, demonstrating excellent presentation skills.
- Regular updates to senior management on project progress, flagging potential issues early and offering strategic solutions.
- Maintaining open lines of communication, encouraging team members to share concerns or challenges.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing/advertising or Account Management roles.
- Post-secondary education focused on advertising, marketing, communications, or business.
- Highly organized with the ability to function in fast-paced business environments.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development technologies, and design lifecycles.
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, social, and traditional media.
- Experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects with budget, schedule, and resource constraints.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and meticulous approach.
- Demonstrated ability to create and present creative ideas and solutions to both clients and internal management.
- Previous experience managing projects valued at $200k or more.
