About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Strategist to join our Operations team at Academy of Learning Career College.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility and promote educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to attract prospective students and generate leads;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify marketing needs and create compelling content for various channels;
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and online content;
  • Maintain and manage the college's website to ensure up-to-date and relevant content optimized for search engines;
  • Manage social media platforms to engage with potential students and share news and updates;
  • Plan and coordinate participation in education fairs, industry events, and other external marketing opportunities;
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy;
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector;
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms, including social media, content management systems, email marketing, and SEO;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different target audiences;
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
