Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 1107443 Ontario Inc. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor Revenues: Analyze sales data to determine labor costs and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Staff Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Service Offerings: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and prepare cash reports and related forms.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that waste is minimized.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible prices.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 staff members.
