Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 1107443 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management
- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Staff Management
- Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Operational Management
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervision
- Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Business Development
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure optimal pricing and quality.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Dependability and accuracy in completing tasks.
