We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Structural Technician to join our team at IMP Group.

About the Role:

This is a key position responsible for performing complex repairs and modifications on aircraft structural components. You will be working with specialized tools and equipment, including inspection techniques and corrosion control methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-level repairs and modifications on aircraft structural components
  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged areas and implement repair plans
  • Collaborate with other technicians to achieve team goals
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on latest techniques and technologies
  • Support supervisor in managing team workload and resource allocation

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field (e.g., aircraft maintenance, engineering) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in aircraft structural repair
  • Possession of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license or equivalent certification
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
