Digital Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Manager to join our team at IPEX. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for optimizing our website's usability and implementing innovative customer experience processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing website performance and user behavior to identify improvement areas.
- Enhancing UX/UI design for a seamless digital experience.
- Collaborating with IT and marketing to align website updates with business goals.
- Using A/B testing to optimize content, layout, and functionality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital customer experience management, website optimization via UX/UI, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of B2B customer behavior, digital marketing, and social media marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing platforms.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
