Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1303071 Alberta Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all sales floor activities are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

* Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to meet customer needs
* Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working together effectively to achieve sales goals
* Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that customers have access to the products they need

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Work Environment:

* Retail business
* 30 to 35 hours per week
* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
