- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks to ensure efficient operation of the sales floor.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Store Operations
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including supply shortages and customer complaints.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
- Work Schedule
- 30 to 35 hours per week.
