About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Specialist to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our International Wealth Management team, you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive wealth and asset management solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders from Business and Technology to design long-term Business-Technology roadmaps for individual Salesforce orgs.
  • Design and implement Enterprise Org strategy for multiple Salesforce orgs Bank-wide.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions, including Apex, SOQL, LWC, API integration, and general configuration and administration.
  • Complete multiple Enterprise level Salesforce platform implementations.
  • Work with cross-team product owners, developers, and test engineers to support QA processes.
  • Establish and enforce governance for implementing Salesforce at the Bank.
  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
Requirements
  • ~3+ years of experience in Salesforce platform and overall 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems.
  • ~ Strong understanding of basics – Salesforce Security Model.
  • ~ Good understanding of Salesforce Best Practice.
  • ~ Be well versed with Apex, Salesforce Lightning Components, and Integration Patterns.
  • ~3+ years of experience working with at least one of the middleware products or have some level of understanding on Talend, Jitterbit, Informatica, MuleSoft etc.
  • ~3+ years of experience Integrating Salesforce with other cloud-based application systems using REST, SOAP API.
  • ~3+ years of experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
  • ~ Minimum 1+ years of experience with Azure Pipeline Deployments.
