We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team at Traction Rec. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in system migration, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively support customers in implementing Traction Rec, configuring Salesforce, and analyzing business requirements.
  • Design process solutions and train customers to meet their business needs.
  • Empower customers with great technology, built on the Salesforce platform, to deliver their services and achieve their missions.
  • Collaborate with partners and customers to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in systems implementation, administration, and/or ongoing improvement, especially in training end users, change management, and creating standard operating procedures.
  • Technical or process design acumen to translate business requirements into functional design.
  • Ability to build trust remotely and in-person.
  • Past experience in user training or rolling out new technology to end users.
  • Experience working in nonprofit, community centers, such as YMCAs.
  • Experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem.
