About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Automation Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. As a Salesforce QA Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end project implementation and testing on Salesforce platforms for a top-tier financial institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Automation: Design, develop, and implement automated tests in an ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development) and BDD Frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • API Testing: Utilize API testing with Salesforce to analyze, develop, and execute efficient and effective Test Cases/Test Scripts/Test Data for new state-specific requirements and enhancements.
  • Test Management: Ensure effective and efficient application of test processes and tools, and manage and coordinate all testing activities on assigned projects.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve test processes, including Root Cause Analysis, Correction, and Prevention, and provide recommendations for improvement of processes related to status reporting and dash-boarding.
  • Project Requirements: Define project requirements and deliverables based on scope, and plan coverage projects from initiation through closing states.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of strong testing experience in Salesforce CRM - standard/custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, and sharing rules.
  • Good knowledge of data loader to insert/update or import/export bulk data from Salesforce objects.
  • Good exposure on Salesforce configuration, System integration, and data migration testing.
  • Experienced with API testing with Salesforce.
  • Ability to participate in defect triage meetings with stakeholders and support onshore/offshore teams with testing, issues, and defect resolution.
  • Participate in Release Gateway meetings, Code, Design reviews, and production checkouts.
  • Implement QA methodologies, processes using automation tools to develop and execute new software solutions.
  • Deliver test automation solutions in accordance with enterprise standards and within development and operational guidelines.
  • Perform Peer review for automated tests developed by team members.
